::I enjoyed my experience at Express Care. The front desk was very kind and friendly. I was checked in and seen with-in about 45 minutes and I was able to get my antibiotics right down stairs. Very convenient and affordable. I will defiantly be coming back! Thank you Express Care!

::Alrhough it does live up to it's name from time to time, i have had several visits that took over 2 hours. Get them on a good day and you'll be out in no time. Get in. Get out. Get better 😁

::I don't recommend express care because of my experience, it truly is "express" I went in for laser hair removal in my underarm and first encounter was not good, receptionist was eating on the counter. That I didn't mind though but when I went it to the room they wanted me to remove deodorant with a tiny strip of wet wipes I'm not even exaggerating when I say tiny, it barely did anything. Furthermore they didn't go over side affects. I asked a billion times about after care. They said don't show it directly in the sun it was not much they advised. A day later! I had a MAJOR infection. I am upset because if I knew half the things that could go wrong I wouldn't have done it but no from the beginning they said it would be fine and it's a good idea! Reassuring me about it. Now I regret coming here! They also used a ballon with frozen water inside as a numbing pad. That seemed very unsanitary to me.

::If you are interested in laser skin rejuvenation to reduce the appearance of acne scars, I highly recommend you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Long story short: -staff seemed unorganized -doctor didn't know what she was doing/ had poor customer service -and as mentioned in a previous review, they truly are "Express" care. I should've realized it wasn't worth it when I asked her to explain the procedure and her response was "you've seen a video of it right?" But I wanted this procedure so bad and went ahead and did it anyways. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
