::One word to describe this place is: amazing. This is my favorite place to eat on the island. Call ahead to see what they have for the day. They usually have beef brisket, pork shoulder, and short ribs. You can get a combo of two different meats as well. Each combo comes with red rice and cole slaw as well as their special BBQ sauce. Their brisket melts in your mouth and their pork shoulder is super flavorful. Combined with their BBQ sauce, this place is a winner. If you eat anywhere in Guam, make sure to give this place a try. The wait can be a bit long, so make sure to call ahead.

::first time eating smoked briskets and i have to say it is very good. meat is very tender, best way to discribe it would be if there was a bone, just pick it up and the meat just falls off. the sauce complements the meat well. checking the reviews myself from other fellow guides that knows briskets, it is so far the best too that i have tried. try it out and have a taste. will definitely come back to try their smoked pork belly brisket since they ran out when i got there. just a heads up, this place is only a take out but there is an outdoor place to dine right close by to eat.

::Asu Smokehouse is the place to go on Guam if you crave some Texas style brisket. Maybe they consider it some other style. I don't know. I do know I've had some of the best brisket of my life in Texas, especially with their special BBQ sauces. I can tell you this place is pretty close. The only issue is you need more sauce than they give you. In Texas we slather the meat with lots of that spicy delicious sauce. One tiny half-filled cup won't be enough. Anyway, this place isn't just for Wednesdays. Give them a try during any day of the week at lunch time.
