  Worked in this area 18 years. I have an amazing view from my desk. It's mostly industrial, but has it's share of hidden gems for water recreation, or just relaxing on the shores.

  For a rewarding view of container and ship operations there are two pull outs across from the Guam terminal. This may be fun to share with children or guests who are interested in big ships. Be warned that these do seem like locations that homeless people may be sleeping in. I have never seen anyone back there myself but I have seen food, clothing and bedding there.
