  If you go early enough it won't be busy but forget going in beginning of month too busy

  Just like the post office, this place does not answer the phone. No customer service when it comes to the phone.

  I had very great customer service. I never had any problems. I only go to the public health when I got appointment or when I need to turn in the every 6 months report paper, or if I got any change report. People need to remember that there’s other people there that are applying for assistants. And plenty clients being seen in a day by day basis...The staffs are working hard to assist thousands of people who are applying for assistants. The choice of amount they give you is a good choice because trying to make everyone that’s trying to apply can get some help too. When you see that there a long line they give you an option to just drop it at the drop box if you don’t want to wait in line, which I always wait because I’m patient. I want to thank all the caseworking who did my case, the staff in the front counter that answered all my questions when I had one and when I accidentally missed something on my application that you guys showed me and was being kind about it.

  I was leery about going because of the reviews, but really didn't have a choice. We were getting a health certificate for my son for his job. They were super helpful and kind. I had no idea what I was doing, but I came out of there with all my questions answered.

  Went here to get a Health Certificate. They need to show the room number as to where the particular office is. Cashier was kind enough to point me in the right direction. Personnel at the Health Certificate area answered all my questions.
