  Clean facility, friendly customer service, but the WiFi is not open to civilian patrons and is only used strictly for students. I usually visit the Hagatna Public Library but there is an excess of homeless people lounging around in the facility. I needed to work on a document so I thought I'd drop into the GCC Facility since it was nearby. Pleased with customer service, the bald headed guy at the front desk was very kind but just disappointed to drive here only to find out there is a time limitations on the PCs and No Wifi usage for the public. I wish Guam could do better by providing resources for the community. There literally is only a few libraries open within certain days of the week.
