::Had take out at Fisherman's Express. Lobster roll and clam chowder. It was better than expected, but couldn't keep up with the stuff I know from New England. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and very friendly. Overall a pleasant experience.

::Wow. I've never written a review about a hotel before, only because I've never had horrible service experiences before. DO NOT book with this hotel if you want to deal with unprofessional, non-helpful staff. I called to ask about a name change on my reservation. First they said yes, next they said no, then they said maybe, then they said yes but they'd have to confirm and get back to me. They never called back so I had to reach out MULTIPLE TIMES. they don't put service at their priority. the least they could do is email to say they are waiting on confirmation. If I had known that this was how it was going to end, I would have booked another hotel sooner. Now I'm out $600 and they're doing nothing to apologize or even acknowledge that their staff gave me conflicting information multiple times. Yes, I understand that a name change couldn't be done, but no I did not appreciate that it took you guys over two weeks to not even give me a straight answer that had me waiting and waiting.

::This hotel is in much need of renovations in the premier tower. I stay here a lot for business because my boss is a diamond member and at least we get lounge access and free wifi. But there's always something wrong with the rooms (bad odor from mildew, smoke, dirty/old carpets, toilets and doors not working, cant control the a/c to your liking, I could go on and on. I checked in last night after a long flight to a room with a musty smell that gave me a headache. After being on hold with the front desk for 25 minutes, I finally hung up. They called me back and said they could move me to another room with a king bed. I got a room an hour and a half later with two twin beds, but still dirty carpet and an a/c that is at one temperature. Couldn't adjust. This .morning. I thought I would check to see if there was a cleaner room somewhere in the hotel, so they took me to another room. No better than the one I'm in. I'm tempted to spend a part of the day looking for another hotel.
