  Professional service! Great prices on tires. Phil is the representative that I deal with in purchasing my tires. He is a man of his word, he quoted me a price over the phone, and he gave me the same quoted price when I arrived on site. Overall the shop is very clean and organized. The shop has a great waiting room with 65” tv and free refreshments (coffee/water. The mechanic are truly honest and professional. I had all four tires replaced and try to get a front end alignment, but the mechanic was honest to tell me that I had to replace my idler arm and pitman arm before he can aligned my truck. I am satisfied with the service I received. I preferred him to tell me the problem, rather than charge me for aligning And is not accurately aligned. As a result, I will recommend Nexen Tire Autocare to my friends and family for all their tire and alignment needs. Great customer service!!!

  Very responsive, professional and clean. I needed new tires for my volvo and not only did I get the tires at a great price, they were installed in less than 25 minutes, and I was informed of a couple ways to reduce uneven wear without being hassled. I definitely recommend this business if you need auto care.
