  Best Dental clinic on Island. I love keeping up with my oral hygiene and have tried quite a few clinics. This clinic has the most helpful staff. Friendly and accommodating.   A representative named Roman called me twice yesterday about my claim being very rude and he kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain to him about it. Today I called and he was still being rude. I'm sorry but I guess that's how you treat a customer? I didn't know that when a customer is trying to talk, you talk over them and tell them no you didn't receive it. My insurance PAID you guys on June 23, 2017 and Ordot Dental CASHED it on July 7, 2017. So tell me how in the world am I responsible for this mistake. Also why am I being treated so rudely by Roman. I loved going to that clinic, but if I'm going to be treated like that... I'm sorry that is unacceptable.
