  This salon is really inconsistent with the grade of haircuts they offer. Some stylists are good but others should not be near scissors. My last visit was awful; an older woman who goes by Sol sat me down and didnt even bother to listen to what I wanted my hair to look like. I tried showing her both photos of what I wanted and didn't want, and she just brushed me off and interrupted me with lots of "yeah yeah okay"s. it was like she was just trying to get me out of there as quickly as possible, even though the salon had little to no people that morning. I showed her how short I wanted my hair cut and she barely looked at it. She then proceeded to cut my hair 5 INCHES shorter than I had asked for. When I tried to tell her the cut she gave me was the exact opposite of what I wanted, she took an annoyed tone with me and said, "well, what do you want me to do about it now?". When she tried to "correct" her mistakes, she cut at my hair so aggressively that it actually hurt. All in all, don't go here. I suggest you spend your money at a place that actually listens to clients and cares about their hair because this place is not it.

  I'm rating this place 1 star only because my haircut was so SOOOO UNEVEN. I have long hair and I wanted to cut the sides off and trim the top a little. The hair dresser did exactly what I told her, which was great. The problem was that she was going too fast LIKE WAYY TOO FAST. During the haircut she was hurting me with the cutters and being way too rough. It's like she wanted to cut off my scalp!(The level of unprofessionalism..FAR TOO MUCH) After that she washed and dried my hair. My scalp was so red and it was hurting. I came home later to find a chunk of short hair that had not been cut off. Later I put my hair in a bun and I found a part of my long hair that had been cut off!!! The sides looked like zig zag lines and my scalp was still red as a tomato. This will be my first and last time going there! I highly recommend Salon Fusion in Hagåtña. They really take time on doing your hair and they are very gentle plus they know what they're doing..trust me.

  Make sure you explain completely how you want your hair to be cut. Mine was too short and uneven.
