::Front desk had good customer service. However, it was so uncomfortable sleeping in a room that was so dirty. We were in disbelief. And the housekeepers left our bathroom trash in our bathroom sink! I took a photo for proof and wanted to talk to the manager but they couldn't even assist me with that issue. Totally unacceptable. This was such a bad experience for my family and I.

::Overall it is a good place to stay. Despite the negative reviews about this place, it's not the best place to stay in Guam but I enjoyed it and the staff is friendly. There are really friendly guests that cool every night and share, like a community. This hotel has a lot of people from Saipan who are here for medical treatment that they can't get back home. The government helps them by letting them and their families stay in this hotel. Probably the most friendliest people I've ever met. The food they cooked was AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! They treated me like I was family. The room wasn't as bad as some of the prior reviews stated. I've stayed in much worse, trust me. It was fun.

::Nice hotel, very friendly service. Rooms were air conditioned within air conditioned halls. We had a separate living area, microwave and small fridge. The fridge leaked the morning we checked out after staying 10 days. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom shower had low pressure. Room door had to be serviced because it didn't lock right away. Toilet paper dispenser was loose on the wall. Housekeeping kept forgetting to supply bath towels, but front desk provided them and are very accommodating. Parking can be limited during busy hours.
