::9/8/2017- Gonna have to recant my former five star rating on here, went in today to get something to eat and I was quite hungry, waitress took a while to just come over and get our drinks. It was lunch, so I know things get busy, we ended up just ordering with our drinks. I ordered one of three of the specials, it took about 10 minutes, my order was wrong but I was so hungry that I ate it as it somewhat matched to the description on the menu so I thought they were serving other parts of it later. Ended up it was the wrong order, apologized to the waitress and said I would just pay for the food I ate. She gave me receipt and asked "is it okay to charge you for the other thing?" I normally am okay, but in this instance I was in a hurry to get somewhere else and not make a scene in a completely full restaurant. Come to find out my wrong order had been for the table next to me, and they had been waiting more than 20 minutes! I also watched as one of the servers tried to give their table my order by mistake. I understand what it's like in the service industry because I do a lot of service at my line of work, but had I been a bad customer, the whole restaurant atmosphere would have been ruined right then and there. I know Guam's customer base and angry customers are a dime a dozen out here, my wife is an angry customer type and I am now dealing with her frustration outside your restaurant, so you're welcome.
